Diecut Divas Farewell to January

So it is time to say goodbye to another month at Diecut Divas, I know it feels like January only just started and we are saying goodbye.Here is just one more project showing how Elizabeth Craft Dies can be used.

A Cute Little Penguin

The sponsor over at Diecut Divas this month is Elizabeth Craft Designs, so we are showcasing their dies all this month. You saw previously the according card I had created with her dies, well here are a couple of cute penguins to show you another use for the accordion dies.

Here I have used the accordion diecut as a window in my card also to create a cute frame. Try to think outside the box for different uses of your dies.

Welcome to 2015 and a brand new challenge over at Diecut Divas, its Anything Goes.

It feels like we only just started December, and here we are farewelling it. This is my last Snow / Christmas Holiday card themed card for Diecut Divas.

Card Tip:

If you have made something complex like a little holiday house or coloured a highly detailed image, use a simple layout to show it off.

With a new challenge over at Fitztown this week, we want to see your red and green themed cards. I know most people when they think red and green they think Christmas but I went a little bit different and went birthday card and here it is.

Ribbon doesn't automatically have to mean a bow, use it as I have as an embellishment and divider of sections.

Fitztown Glitz and Glamour

We are starting a brand new challenge over at Fitztown today with a theme of Glitz and Glamour. I think my only problem I had was choosing which of of cameo images I was going to use, they are all so glamorous. I decided on Cameo 14 which is my favourite and here is my card.

Don't discount anything for using on cards, these flowers are actually from a $2 store that I pulled apart and reassembled with brads.

Diecut Divas - Holidays

So here we are, the first day of November and you know what that means - a brand new challenge over at Diecut Divas. So this month we are talking about Holidays, any holidays. Of course this could be a perfect opportunity to start on those Christmas cards we have been putting off until now. So to kick it off I am using an adorable Bugaboo image for one of my many Christmas cards I'm sure.

Card Tip:

To make the spring card stand up, you either need to use 320gsm card or make a little box that will sit at the back, otherwise the weight pulls it down.

Outlawz CAS Going to the Pumpkin Patch

So its time for another Outlawz Sunday CAS challenge and this week it is "Going to the Pumpkin Patch, just include a pumpkin of any kind on your project. I saw this MoonFlower digital stamp and thought it would be perfect for this.
This is my last guest designer card for the Outlawz CAS team and I have loved every minute of it, hopefully they will ask me to guest design again in the future but for now here is my card.
