Happy Birthday Panda

Deedee Digis has a monthly challenge using a particular Deedee stamp set.

This month it is "Not a Tie" with a very cute panda image.

I have managed to do two completely different cards with the one digital stamp set.

The first one is using the pre-coloured panda image for a birthday card for my nephew

Card Ingredients:

Card Stock:
Blue card base, yellow, pink and white cardstock.
Stamps:
Deedee Not a Tie digital stamp set,Gina K Designs pretty patterns stamp set for the background, AmyRStamps for the sentiment.
Ink:
Colorbox chalk inks blue lagoon,lime pastel,yellow citrus,orchid pastel, Memento tuxedo black ink for sentiment.

Markers: 

Bic Markit pink flamingo for hearts and paper in bag.
Dies:

Classic Scalloped Oval Large

Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen

Its Not a Tie

The Second Card I have created using Deedee's Digital Stamp Set "Not a Tie"

is a father's day card for my father in-law. After all the mother's day cards I made it was nice to make one for the guys this time. My father in-law worked in an office all his life and now that he is retired and won't be receiving anymore ties for father's day I thought this was great for him.

Of course you will notice a  slight difference here - I have created a bear out of a panda!!!

Card Tip:

Bakers twine is great for the times where you want to add something more but ribbon seems to feminine.

Card Ingredients:

Card Stock: 
white card base, white card stock, Creative brown card stock

Papers:

Papercraft paper pad - masculine

Stamps:
Deedee Not a Tie digital stamp set.
Inks:
Memento rich cocoa for edging sentiment.
Dies:

Spellbinders  standard scalloped square.

Other:

Lyra watercolour crayons used with a water brush, blue gems, Ranger glossy accents
