Elaine's Rose Garden

I had the privilege to be invited to an 80th Birthday Party on the weekend. Since this is such a milestone I wanted to do something a little bit special, and I thought a twisted easel card would fit the bill.

Card Tip:

For the flowers on this card; I die cut a whole swag of them and then rolled them up while watching TV. This way it was quite relaxing and I now have a container of roses ready to embellish my cards.

Card Ingredients:

Card Stock:
Quill cream card stock, pale pink card stock, varied coloured card stock from my stash for the roses.
Papers:
Megs Garden; the romantic garden 6x6 paper pad
Stamps:
Gink K Design Whimsical Wishes for sentiment
Ink:
Memento; tuxedo black ink for the sentiment,Tattered Angel iridescent gold misting spray
Dies:
Garden Favourites quilled creations dies (small rose, medium rose, large rose, gardenia), Spellbinders latice rectangle, Couture Creations nesting die heart, Kaszazz vine edge embossing folder.
Other:
Fiskars scalloped punch, wood numbers from stash, Kaszazz organza white ribbon,
