Perfectly Rustics Make it Better

Well here we are again with a brand new challenge starting over at Perfectly Rustics with a theme of Make it Better. I am sure we all have previous projects, layouts and cards that we would love to keep some of the elements but do a  "do over", well here is your chance.
I think I have already posted how much of a influence Kit and Clowder have had on my colouring skills, well you are about to see further proof. Here is my original card using the gorgeous Wee Stamps Summer Fairy.

Card Tip:

If you are not up to no-line colouring, stamping your image in a light brown, like I have done here will give you an outline that is softer.

Card Ingredients:

Card Stock: white DCWR card stock for top folding 5" x 6" base. Purple card stock from stash.
Papers: Kaisercraft magic happens.
Stamps: Wee Stamps Summer Fairy, computer generated sentiment.
Ink: Memento rich cocoa, desert sand for sponging, Versamark ink and white embossing powder on wings.
Markers:
               Skin: E000+E00+E11+R20
               Hair: E31+E33+E35
               Dress: BG000+BG01+BG02+BG05
               Shoes: BG000+BG01
               Flowers: V04+V06+V09 
               Leaves: YG03+YG06 
               Wings: R81+RV02+V01+BG02+YG03+R22+BG34+B21+YR02+Y15
Dies: Spellbinders standard circles small and large, Dienamics Fancy Flourish.
Other:Wink of Stella glitter pen, Uniball white gel pen. Fiskairs apron lace border punch, EK Success mini flower punch.

  6. They are both wonderful, but you can definitely see a difference in the "do-over" card. Love the colors you chose especially on her wings. Very pretty!
